Usage:
start by:
a) remove actuator and exhaust recirculation valve
1. Make a separation between actuator and exhaust recirculation valve.
2. Remove bolts (3), lock and plate (2) from the inlet port. Do the same for outlet port plate (1).
3. Remove shaft (4) from valve housing.
4. Check shaft bushings in housing for damage. If necessary, remove bushings in housing with tool group (A).
Assemble Exhaust Recirculation Valve
1. Install bushings in the housing with tool group (A). Make bushings even with the boss on the housing.
2. Install shaft assembly (1) in the housing. Make sure that shaft moves freely in the housing.
3. Install outlet port plate (2) with the lock and bolts that hold it. Do the same for the inlet port plate.
4. Make a connection between actuator and exhaust recirculation valve.
