Usage:
(1) Thickness of two new discs and two new plates for the lockup clutch ... 16.10 to 16.92 mm (.634 to .666 in)
Thickness of one new 1T-0887 Disc ... 4.75 to 4.90 mm (.187 to .193 in)
Thickness of one new 1T-1315 Plate ... 3.30 to 3.56 mm (.130 to .140 in)
(2) Torque for eight bolts ... 50 ± 7 N·m (37 ± 5 lb ft)
(3) Put a small amount of lubricant being sealed on lip of seal before installation.
(4) Torque for 18 bolts ... 120 ± 15 N·m (90 ± 11 lb ft)
(5) Torque for bolt ... 240 ± 25 N·m (175 ± 18 lb ft)
(6) Torque for two bolts ... 80 ± 10 N·m (60 ± 7 lb ft)
(7) Use shims as needed between end of shaft and plate. Total shims to be 0.13 to 0.25 mm (.005 to .010 in) less than measured gap.
Thickness of one 1T-1011 Shim ... 0.25 mm (.010 in)
Thickness of one 1T-1012 Shim ... 0.08 mm (.003 in)
(8) Torque for six bolts ... 50 ± 7 N·m (37 ± 5 lb ft)
(9) Torque for eight bolts ... 120 ± 15 N·m (90 ± 11 lb ft)
(10) Torque for 36 bolts ... 50 ± 7 N·m (37 ± 5 lb ft)
(11), (12) Always install new springs (12) and rollers (11) in the one-way clutch. Install springs with maximum loops to outside of cam. Stator should turn freely only in a clockwise direction as viewed from the input end (engine side).
