- In order to receive a label for a customer, dealers will need to call the following phone number: 309-578-6149
- Remove and destroy the current emissions film.
- Apply the new emissions film to the valve cover base of the engine or a flat piece of the engine close to the original film where it can be easily viewed.
- Install May 2003 or later flash file in to the ECM.
- Contact 309-578-6149 to verify repair has been completed, and report the mileage the engine has accumulated.
