When reporting the repair, use "PI3584" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI3584" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. Affected Product 4CK1-845 Replace the existing coolant temperature sensor (control group) with the new 3E6310 Control Group plus the following: All Affected Product (including 4CK1-845) Remove the existing control group (personality module) and replace it with the control group from the appropriate control kit. Replace the existing EPA film with the new EPA film in the control kit. Replace the existing engine information plate with the new engine information plate in the control kit. Program all ratings except those listed below with the specifications from the engine information plate. For the following ratings, see below.
