Description of Change: Two new lip-type seals are used in axial piston (slipper) pumps and motors for the above excavators and motor graders. The new seals have a rubber coating on the outside diameter. The rubber coating helps the seals conform to the housing bore. The new seals will help prevent leakage between the seal and the housing bore.
Adaptable As: The new 8T1142 Seal is a direct replacement for the former 4T2759 Seal. The new 8T1143 Seal is a direct replacement for the 1U1655 Seal. The new seals are adaptable to all earlier listed excavators and motor graders. See the illustration for location and installation of the seal.
