回油单向阀 (8) 由两个单向阀组成:回油单向阀 (11) 和旁通单向阀 (10)。 回油单向阀 (11) 位于回油回路主控制阀和液压油箱之间。 回油单向阀限制回油流量。 此限制导致主控制阀内的回油通道压力升高。 补偿管路 (5) 与此回油通道直接相连。

如果回转马达出现气穴,主控制阀回油通道内的机油流入补偿管路 (5)。 这部分补偿油供至回转马达进口,以防止回转马达出现气穴。

流过回油单向阀的回油分流到两条流路。 一部分回油流经端口 (B) 进入液压油冷却器 (1)。 流出液压油冷却器的机油流量流入端口 (C) 并经过端口 (D) 进入液压油箱中的回油滤清器。 其余回油流经旁通单向阀 (10)。

当回油的温度很低时,油的粘度很高。 油的粘度导致高流动阻力。 因此,回油的压力很高。

由于回油的压力很高,旁通单向阀 (10) 打开。 大部分回油流经旁通单向阀和端口 (D) 进入液压油箱中的回油滤清器。 其余的机油流经端口 (B) 进入液压油冷却器。 由于少量回油流向机油冷却器,因此机油温度升高。

机油温度升高后,回油压力降低。 旁通单向阀 (9) 开始关闭。 更多的回油流向液压油冷却器。 旁通单向阀 (10) 将液压油保持在最适宜的工作温度。
