检查皮带
检查皮带有无下述情况：裂纹, 磨损, 拉长, 磨损区域 和 缺少零件。
更换皮带
对于需要多根驱动皮带的应用，应成套更换驱动皮带。 只更换成套皮带中的一根驱动皮带会因为旧驱动皮带已拉长而使新驱动皮带承受更多的负载。 新驱动皮带的额外负载会造成新驱动皮带损坏。

皮带张紧装置 (6) 调整螺栓 (7) 锁紧螺母（防松螺母） | |
- 松开螺栓以释放防松螺母上的压力。
- 朝着发动机向内移动张紧装置以释放皮带上的张力。
- 拆下旧皮带并用新皮带进行更换。 请联系当地的 Cat 代理商以获得选择和订购新皮带的帮助。
- 朝着发动机的前部向外移动张紧装置，直至张紧装置停止为止。 拧紧螺栓至扭矩为 260 N·m (192 lb ft)。
