- 转动曲轴，直至轴承接缝位于下止点位置。
- 将清洁的发动机机油涂覆在曲轴轴颈和缸套的内侧。 在活塞环和连杆轴承上涂覆清洁的发动机机油。
- 放置活塞环时使其间隙彼此之间相隔 120 度。
- 使用工具 (A) 安装活塞 (3) 和连杆。 确保活塞上的标记 "V" 与缸体上的标记 "V" 对齐。

注: 当您安装工具 (A) 时，可将缸套用作导向。
- 将活塞和连杆推入曲轴上方的位置。
- 将清洁的发动机机油涂覆在轴承、螺栓螺纹和与连杆盖接触的螺母上。 将连杆盖 (2) 在连杆放置到位并安装螺母 (1) 。 拧紧螺母至扭矩为 41 ± 4 N·m (30 ± 3 lb ft)。 在每一个螺母和每一个螺栓末端上作标记。 再将每个螺母转动 90 度。

- 对其余的活塞重复第 1 到 6 步。
注: 当您安装连杆盖的时候，确保盖一侧的数字与连杆上的数字匹配。
End By:
- 安装发动机机油泵。
- 安装缸盖。
