Description Of Change: A procedure to install an updated harness assembly for the cushion hitch on certain 621K, 623K, and 627K Wheel Tractor Scrapers is available. The procedure includes all the required parts needed to update the harness assembly for the cushion hitch.

Adaptable To: The new 487-3105 Hitch Harness As is longer than the former 374-9009 Hitch Harness As and allows for a new clipping location to help improve the service life of the harness assembly.

The new harness assembly and improved clipping is adaptable to the following machines:

• WTL1-1

• WTB1-194

• WTM1-109

• WTC1-222

• WTN1-106

The new harness assembly and improved clipping is effective with the following machines:

• WTA116-UP

• WTL2-UP
