Description of Change: An improved fuse panel for the magnetic switch group is now used on the machines listed above. The new panel design provides a water drain hole which prevents moisture build-up inside the fuse box. The new fuse panel design will improve the service life of the magnetic switch group.

Adaptable To: The improved fuse panel for the 241-8368 Magnetic Switch Gp is adaptable to machines and effective in production with machines that are listed in Table 1.

Use the following rework procedure in order to update the fuse panel on the adaptable machines that are listed in Table 1.

(A) 110 ± 5 mm (4.3 ± 0.2 inch) (B) 25 ± 5 mm (1.0 ± 0.2 inch) (C) 55 ± 5 mm (2.2 ± 0.2 inch)

1. Add a cut out on the fuse box bottom as per the dimensions shown in the Illustration 2.

(E) Locations for silicon sealant to be applied

2. Replace with the new 241-8368 Magnetic Switch Gp (1), if needed.

3. Apply silicon sealant to prevent water entry.

4. Apply low torque to two 199-4317 Bolts (D) to prevent box deformation. Refer to Illustration 3.
