变速箱液压控制总成负责控制到变矩器和变速箱离合器的油压。 变速箱液压控制总成安装在变速箱行星齿轮总成的顶部上。 变速箱液压控制总成包括以下部件:6 个离合器电磁阀调制阀 (1), 变矩器进口安全阀 (2) 和 变速箱液压控制安全阀 (3) 。

变速箱液压控制总成工作用高压油从变速箱油泵流到变速箱油滤清器。 油经软管流向变速箱油进口。 油流经变速箱内部油道,为变速箱液压控制安全阀 (3) 供油。 油也会流向 6 个离合器电磁阀调制阀 (1) 。

6 个离合器电磁阀调制阀 (1) 安装在变速箱顶部。 每个变速箱离合器具有单独的离合器电磁调制阀 (1) 。 要想移动机器,方向离合器电磁阀和速度离合器电磁阀必须同时通电。 离合器电磁阀调制阀 (1) 用来直接调节输送给每个单独离合器的油压。

变速箱液压控制卸压阀 (3) 负责控制提供给离合器电磁调制阀 (1) 和变矩器的油压。 油压必须克服主卸压阀 (4) 的弹簧力。 主安全阀将保持稳定的对离合器电磁阀调制阀 (1) 供油压力。

主安全阀 (4) 维持变速箱液压控制安全阀 (3) 的供油压力,压力设定的最小值为 2340 ± 735 kPa (339.9 ± 5 psi)。 油通过入口油室 (7) 进入变速箱液压控制安全阀 (3) 。 油流过主卸压阀 (4) 进入变速箱控制油道 (5) ,直到超过主卸压阀 (4) 的压力设定值为止。 主卸压阀将向右移动。 主安全阀将允许过多机油流入油道 (6) 并流向变矩器。 最大变矩器进口压力由变矩器进口安全阀 (2) 控制,其设定值为 900 ± 175 kPa (130 ± 25 psi)。 当变矩器进口压力达到最大时,变矩器进口安全阀开启。 随后,过多的机油流回油底壳。
