- 621H (S/N: DBK101-101)
- 623H (S/N: DBF103-103)
- 627H (S/N: LCT101-101; DBW103-105)
Description of Change: The machines listed above have several differences in the hydraulic system then the other production machines. There are three areas where these machines differ, these areas are outlined in the sections below.
Tractor brake cooling and fill lines
Effected machines:
- 621H (S/N: DBK101-101)
- 623H (S/N: DBF103-103)
- 627H (S/N: LCT101-101; DBW103-105)
The 342-4961 Power Train and Brake Oil Filler Gp on the tractor contains a different tube than other machines using this group. Also, the 328-4318 Hydraulic Filter and Lines Gp has a different tube.
On the machines in this group, the hydraulic oil fill for brake cooling shares the same port on the side of the case as the return lines from the tractor wheels.
Refer to the following illustrations and tables for clarification of the affected parts.

Machines not included in this publication have two separate ports next to each other on the side of the case leading into the hydraulic brake cooling oil partition instead of sharing the same port for both the oil fill and oil return from the tractor wheels.
Differential Lock Line
Effected machines:
- 621H (S/N: DBK101-101)
- 623H (S/N: DBF103-103)
- 627H (S/N: LCT101-101; DBW103-105)

On the machines in this group, the port for the differential lock line is sized differently on the transmission case. The 310-5524 Differential Lock Lines Gp contains a 345-1942 Hose and Tube As (1), and 164-5597 Connector As (2) instead of a 373-6705 Hose and Tube As and 366-4678 Connector As that attaches to the back of the case. The lines have the same routing.
Rear Engine Differential Fill and Dipstick

On the machines in this group, the 375-0380 Brake Lines Gp on the scraper is altered and contains a different differential dipstick and fill tube than other machines using this group.
These machines use a 389-6961 Tube As for the differential fill tube along with internal components of 150-5411 Tube As. They also do not use an external 359-4263 Oil Level Gauge (Dipstick), as there is not a threaded port in the differential case for it. The 389-6961 Tube As has been modified to accept a 5T-9093 Oil Level Gauge (Dipstick) (1) inside it, similar to the 5T-9093 Oil Level Gauge (Dipstick) used on certain G series Wheel Tractor-Scrapers.
