Introduction

The information that is contained in this publication is for the field installation of the following kit:

361-6834 Lighting Group Kit

The supplemental product support literature should be used with the appropriate Service Manual and the appropriate Parts Manual that is available for each standard machine.

Do not perform any procedure or order any parts outlined in this publication until you understand the information contained in this document.

Sudden movement or accidental starting of the machine can cause personal injury or death to persons on or near the machine.
To prevent personal injury or death, perform the following:
Park the machine on a smooth, level surface.
Lower the work tool to the ground and engage the parking brake.
Stop the engine and remove the key.

Block the wheels and install the steering frame lock.

If your machine is equipped with HID lighting, the following items will need to be removed before installing 361-6834 Lighting Group Kit . Refer to Illustration 1.
- One 236-9776 Bracket As (RH) (1)
- One 236-9775 Bracket As (LH) (2)
- Two 347-9427 Flood Lamp Groups (3)
- Two 332-9402 Flood Lamp Groups (4)

Remove 251-4339 Rocker Switch (5), Install 228-6089 Plug . Refer to Illustration 2.

Preparing Machines Equipped with Standard Lighting

If your machine is equipped with standard lighting, the following items will need to be removed or replaced before installing 361-6834 Lighting Group Kit .

Install 236-7773 Lighting Harness As (7). Secure the harness with five 3S-2093 Cable Straps and one 7K-1181 Cable Strap . Refer to Illustration 5.
