Controller Board Battery - Replace
The controller board uses a lithium battery. The battery has an estimated life of 5 years.

Always replace a lithium battery with another lithium battery. Care must be taken in handling a lithium battery to prevent short circuiting the terminals on the battery. Improper handling of a lithium battery may cause an explosion that may result in personal injury from caustic burns. |
- Remove power from the system.
- Open the appropriate cabinet door.

(1) Battery - Wear an electrostatic discharge wrist strap. Gently remove the battery (1) from the receptacle by pressing against the center retaining tab. Lift the battery (1) from the receptacle.

- Close the cabinet door.
- Return power to the system.
- Reset the system clock.
