在液压油中不得存在空气。 系统中的空气会妨碍制动器发挥完整的功用。
行车制动器
- 把机器移到坚硬、水平、干燥且无碎屑的表面。
- 安装转向机架锁。
- 设置停车制动器。
- 检查转向系统和制动系统的液压油箱里的油位。 在过程期间，保持液压油箱充满油。
- 将一根软管连接到排气螺钉 (1) 上。 将软管的另一端置于一个透明容器中。

行车制动器上的标准排气螺钉 (1) 排气螺钉 | |
- 起动发动机并在低怠速下运转。
- 打开排气螺钉 (1) ，使油可流过软管。 踩下制动踏板，直到软管中流出的油不再含有气泡。
- 关闭排气螺钉。 对每个行车制动器重复此过程，但同一时间仅对一个行车制动器进行排气。
- 加注液压油箱至正确油位。
- 如果行车制动器在工作时显得松软，再次执行此程序。
停车制动器
- 轮胎前后都塞上木质挡块。
- 起动发动机，使油压达到切断压力。 关闭发动机。
- 推入停车制动器控制手柄。
