Removal Procedure

1. Disconnect the battery. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery or Battery Cable - Disconnect".

2. Remove panel (1) from engine enclosure (2).

3. Disconnect harness assembly (3) from the lights. Repeat for the opposite side.

4. Remove bracket assembly (4) from engine enclosure (2). Repeat for the opposite side.

5. Remove bolts (5) from engine enclosure (2).

6. Remove bolts (6) from engine enclosure (2).

7. Remove bolts (7) from the bottom side of frame assembly (8).

8. Disconnect harness assembly (9). Cut and remove the cable straps.

9. Attach Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) onto engine enclosure (2). Attach a suitable lifting device onto Tooling (A) and Tooling (B). The weight of engine enclosure (2) is approximately 680 kg (1500 lb). Use Tooling (B) in order to level engine enclosure (2). Remove engine enclosure (2).
