The 223-3383 Washer Pump As that is installed on the listed machines is prone to failure due to corrosion inside the pump motor. The cause of this problem is a misplaced seal that enables water to penetrate the pump motor.
The assembly process for the 223-3383 Washer Pump As has been modified in order to correct the problem. In addition, a 100% test has been added in order to ensure the integrity of these units. For failure of the 223-3383 Washer Pump As, replace the unit with the same part number.
