- 检查活塞环 (5) 的端隙。 请参阅技术规格, "活塞和活塞环"。
- 利用工具 (A) 安装机油控制活塞环。 应从活塞环端隙转动弹簧两侧 180 度。
- 安装中间活塞环时使标有 "UP-2" 的一侧朝向活塞顶部。 使用工具 (A)，安装活塞环。
- 安装顶活塞环时使标有 "UP-1" 的一侧朝向活塞顶部。 使用工具 (A)，安装活塞环。
- 检查活塞冠部 (6) 中的轴承 (7)。 如果活塞冠部磨损或损坏的话，必须进行更换。
- 将活塞裙 (2) 和活塞冠 (6)在连杆 (1) 上放置到位。 将清洁的发动机机油涂敷在活塞销 (4) 上，然后安装活塞销 (4)。 使用工具 (B)，安装挡圈 (3)。 确保挡圈 (3) 位于活塞裙部 (2) 的凹槽中。
