在进行检验、保养、测试、调整及维修产品期间，必须小心以确保装好排放出的油液。 在打开任何舱室或解体任何储有液体的部件之前，要准备好合适的容器收集液体。 有关收集和盛接 Cat 产品上油液的适用工具和用品，请参阅专门出版物, NENG2500, "代理商维修工具目录"。 按照当地法规和要求处置所有液体。 |
- 取下通气孔盖 (1)，防止从变速箱箱体排放机油时出现真空。
- 从变速箱底部拆下排放螺塞 (3)。 将机油排放到适当的容器中。
- 排放出变速箱壳体中的机油后，清洁排放塞 (3) 并安装排放塞 (3)。
- 向变速箱外壳加油。 参考操作和保养手册, "润滑剂粘度"和操作和保养手册, "再加注容量"。
- 确保变速箱处于空档位置。 盘车起动发动机 15 秒。 不要让发动机起动。
- 检查变速箱箱体侧面目测表 (2) 显示的油位。 重复步骤 4 至步骤 5，直到油位处在目测表 (2) "COLD（冷）"侧的 "ADD（添加）"标记和 "FULL（满）"标记之间。
- 安装通气孔盖 (1)。
- 起动发动机并在低怠速下运转。 检查有无泄漏并进行必要的修理。
- 当油温热和变速箱在空档位置时，观察油位。
- 将油位保持在目测表 (2) "HOT（热）"侧的 "ADD（添加）"标记和 "FULL（满）"标记之间。
- 必要时停止发动机并加油。
