  1. 进气歧管压力正常,排气温度偏高的情况可能是由于后冷器芯的散热片阻塞造成的。

  2. 检查进气歧管压力。 检查进气是否受阻和/或有无泄漏。 进气歧管温度提高 1 度,排气温度就会提高大约 3 度。 检查排气歧管与涡轮增压器之间有无泄漏。 检查排气是否受阻。 请参阅系统操作/测试和调整手册,了解更多信息。

  3. 供应过量燃油的故障喷油器会提高排气温度。 连接 Caterpillar 电子技师(ET)以确定是否存在任何喷油器电磁阀的诊断代码。 检查确认已输入喷油器校准代码。 执行"喷油器电磁阀测试"。 观察 Cat ET 对喷油器电磁阀励磁。 执行"断缸测试"。 找出缺火气缸。 请参阅故障诊断和排除, "喷油器电磁阀"中的诊断功能测试。
