(1) Apply 7M-7260 Liquid Gasket material to threads of bolts. Torque for two bolts ... 20 N·m (15 lb ft)

(2) Torque for locknut ... 65 N·m (48 lb ft)

(3) Adjustment of the pilot plate

1. Screw pilot plate (3) into the valve until pilot plate (3) comes in contact with all the plungers.

2. Screw locknut (2) into the valve until locknut (2) is against pilot plate (3) .

3. Tighten locknut (2) to the proper torque.

(4) Lubricate the contact areas of the valve plunger with 5P-0960 Molybdenum Grease.

(5) Torque for the capsule assembly (four) ... 45 N·m (33 lb ft)
