Crankshaft Vibration Damper and Pulley - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure

Start By:
- Remove the V-belts. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "V-Belts - Remove and Install". The information is in this manual.
- Remove eight bolts (1) and the washers from vibration damper (2) . Remove vibration damper (2) from the pulley. The weight of the vibration damper is 18 kg (40 lb) .

- Remove four bolts (3) and the washer from pulley (4) .

- Use Tool (A) to remove pulley (4) from the engine.

Installation Procedure
- Install pulley (4) to the engine. Install four bolts (3) and the washer to the pulley.

- Install vibration damper (2) to the pulley. The weight of the vibration damper is 18 kg (40 lb). Install eight bolts (1) and the washers to vibration damper (2) .
