不要试图把滚翻保险结构架 (ROPS) 拉直。 不要用加强板焊在滚翻保险结构架 (ROPS)上进行修理。 如果在滚翻保险结构架(ROPS)的焊缝,铸件或任何金属面上出现裂纹,咨询卡特彼勒代理进行维修。 |

把翻滚保护结构架(ROPS)两侧的监视板卸下。
检查ROPS上有无损伤，螺栓有无松动或损坏。 对于损坏或丢失的螺栓必须要用原装机的零件更换。 拧紧螺栓，扭矩至1600 ± 200 N·m (1200 ± 150 lb ft)。
注: 安装前，先在螺栓的螺纹面上涂油。 如果不涂上油，螺栓的扭矩上紧力可能不正确。
