Correction To Operation & Maintenance Manual, SEBU6492-02 {0374,0375,7490}

Usage:

950F Series II (4DJ, 5SK, 8TK, 2LM) Wheel Loaders

Add the following Secondary Steering alert indicator information to Page 23.

Secondary Steering Indicator

Secondary Steering (If Equipped) - The alert indicator will flash if there is a loss of secondary steering oil flow.

The flashing indicator notifies the operator that if the primary steering system also failed at this time, there is no secondary steering system for backup.

Immediately pull the machine to a convenient stop and shut the engine off.

NOTE: Wheel Loaders are equipped with a ground driven secondary steering pump. It is normal for the alert indicator to flash after 12 seconds when the machine is stopped.
