- 清洁发动机机油冷却器壳体与缸体的配合面。
- 将发动机机油冷却器 (2) 和新的密封件 (5) 定位在发动机机油冷却器壳体上。 安装调整螺钉 (7) ，将发动机机油冷却器固定到壳体上。

- 将发动机机油冷却器壳体 (3) 和新的密封垫 (1) 定位到缸体上。 安装调整螺钉 (4) 和调整螺钉 (6) ，将发动机机油冷却器壳体固定到缸体上。
注: 切勿在密封垫 (1) 上涂抹密封胶。
- 将所有调整螺钉 (4、6 和 7) 拧紧到正确的扭矩。 有关更多信息，请参阅扭矩技术参数手册, "公制紧固件标准扭矩"。
- 向冷却系统加注冷却液。 向润滑系统中加注发动机油。
注: 有关发动机的冷却系统容量和润滑系统容量，请参阅操作和保养手册, "加注容量"。
