Problem
Water may collect in the ROPS support brackets of the rear frame of certain 950E Loaders. Holes may need to be drilled to drain water so that it does not freeze and cause damage to the ROPS.

Action Required
Inspect both ROPS supports and make sure the drain passage at the lowest rear part of the bracket has an opening of about 1 cm. Drill a drain hole(s) if the passage is restricted by a weld.
Contact Wheel Loader Division - Geneva for repair information if structural damage has occurred as a result of freezing water that was trapped in the ROPS.
