Terminal Messages
Status Messages - Status messages indicate that the terminal is performing an operation that may limit access to the terminal. The message will disappear when the terminal completes the operation or when the condition is satisfied.
Reminder Messages - Reminder messages indicate a minor fault or mistake. Reminder messages appear when an invalid operation is attempted. Pressing any button on the touchscreen will remove the message.
Warning Messages - Warning messages indicate that the operation may produce undesirable results. A warning message must be responded to as indicated in the message.
Fault Messages - Fault messages indicate that the terminal has detected a condition which will prevent further operation. The current application will halt. The terminal must be reset in order to recover from this type of error.
