Initial Troubleshooting Procedure
进行下述步骤以便确定和隔离问题。
- 断开监控器的电源。
- 断开所有外围设备，比如打印机或CD-ROM驱动器。
- 将键盘和鼠标连接到侧面板上的相应插口上。 侧面板上的接插件都已直接连接到了处理器板上。
- 如果使用了外接监视器，应检查视频连接。
- 检查软盘的磁盘驱动器。
- 向监控器通电，观察前面板上的指示灯。 检查指示监控器已通电的指示灯。 该指示灯应点亮。
- 监视通电自检。 下述事件之一将会出现：
- 监控器完成启动程序。
- 出现出错讯息。 出现出错讯息说明该错误并非致命错误。 在启动程序能够被允许执行之前，您可能需要确认收悉该讯息。
- 启动程序终止。 这说明出现的是致命错误。
- 监控器完成启动程序。
- 每次连接一个外围设备，直到问题重新出现，这样做就可以把问题隔离出来。 如果问题出在一个驱动程序或特定软件程序包上，应重新安装软件。
- 如果问题依然存在，请参阅故障诊断与排除, "故障诊断与排除的检查"。
