  1. Remove cable strap (1) and disconnect harness assemblies (2).

  2. Disconnect harness assembly (3) and remove cable straps (4)

  3. Remove cable strap (5).

  4. Remove bolts (6) and (7).

  5. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to window guard (8). The weight of window guard (8) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb)

  6. Remove bolt (9).

  7. Remove bolt (10).

  9. Remove bolt (12). Remove window guard (8).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install window guard (8) in the reverse order of removal.
