- 从气门机构盖 (3) 上拆下螺栓 (1) 和垫圈 (2) 。
- 拆下气门机构盖 (4) 和密封垫 (3) 。
- 使用工具 (A) 清洁气门机构盖 (3) 。

- 使用工具 (B) 将粘接剂涂覆到气门机构盖 (3) 上。

注: 对于较新的一侧上带有橡胶条的气门室盖密封垫，不需要使用粘接剂。 密封垫设计为采用干式安装。
- 安装新密封垫 (4) 和气门机构盖 (3) 。
- 安装垫圈 (2) 和螺栓 (1) 。
- 按数字顺序拧紧螺栓至扭矩为 12 ± 3 N·m (106 ± 27 lb in)。
