  1. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to fuel tank (29). The weight of fuel tank (29) is approximately 99 kg (218 lb). Position fuel tank (29) on the excavator.

  1. Install spacers (28) and bolts (27) in order to secure fuel tank (29) to the excavator.

  1. Install the fuel supply hose on valve assembly (23). Tighten hose clamp (24). Install clip (26) and nut (25) .

  1. Install door assembly (22). Install the bolts that secure door assembly (22) to the excavator.

  1. Install the hose on the fuel tank and tighten hose clamp (21). Install clip (20) and nut (19) .

  1. Install sleeves (17), bracket (18), and bolts (16) .

  1. Install cover (15) and bolts (14) .

  1. Install the storage box. Install bolts (13) and (12) and bolt assembly (11) .

  1. Place the vandalism guards in the storage box and install storage box cover (10) .

  1. Connect harness assemblies (7) and (8). Install cable straps (9) .

  1. Position the solenoid valve and install bolts (6) .

  1. Connect harness assembly (4) to the fuel level sensor and install cable strap (5) .

  1. Install hood covers (3) and (2) .

  1. Install plate (1) .
