(1) Lubricate the inside diameter and the outside diameter with clean grease.

(2) The following specifications are for the cylinder rod:

Diameter of rod ... 99.930 ± 0.030 mm (3.9342 ± 0.0012 inch)

Minimum thickness for the plating ... 0.020 + 0.100 mm - 0.006 mm (0.0008 + 0.0039 - 0.0002 inch)

(3) Bore of head ... 100.63 ± 0.03 mm (3.962 ± 0.001 inch)

(4) Lubricate the face and the thread of the cylinder rod with clean hydraulic oil.

Torque for nut ... 7900 ± 400 N·m (5825 ± 295 lb ft)

(5) The following specifications are for the 114-0757 Sleeve Bearing :

Outside diameter ... 105.148 ± 0.032 mm (4.1397 ± 0.0013 inch)

Inside diameter ... 100.198 ± 0.050 mm (3.9448 ± 0.0020 inch)

(6) The following specifications are for the 128-9864 Sleeve Bearing :

Outside diameter ... 116.230 ± 0.013 mm (4.5760 ± 0.0005 inch)

Inside diameter ... 100.29 ± 0.02 mm (3.948 ± 0.001 inch)

Installation depth ... 10.00 ± 0.30 mm (0.394 ± 0.012 inch)

(7) The following specifications are for the 7Y-5102 Sleeve Bearing :

Outside diameter ... 106.202 ± 0.013 mm (4.1812 ± 0.0005 inch)

Inside diameter ... 90.265 ± 0.020 mm (3.5537 ± 0.0008 inch)

Installation depth ... 10.00 ± 0.50 mm (0.394 ± 0.020 inch)

(8) Lubricate the sealing lip lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

(9) Lubricate the sealing lip lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

(10) Apply 7M-7456 Bearing Mount Compound to the groove before the seal is installed.

(11) The slit in the ring must be turned in the direction of the piston.
