Usage:

(A) Measurement ... 27.572 mm (1.0855 in.)

(B) Measurement ... 55.144 mm (2.1710 in.)

(1) Diameter of the journal at (A) and (B) (new) ... 146.030 ± 0.025 mm (5.7492 ± .0010 in.)

Difference in diameter at (A) and (B) must not be more than ... 0.025 mm (.0010 in.)

Surface finish on diameter of journal ... 0.25 micrometer or smoother (10 micro inches)

(2) Radius (front and rear journals) ... 10.31 ± 0.18 mm (.406 ± .007 in.)

Surface finish in radius ... 1.6 micrometer or smoother (63 micro inches)

(3) Radius (all others) ... 10.13 mm minimum (.399 in. minimum)

Surface finish in radius ... 1.6 micrometer or smoother (63 micro inches)

NOTE: Radius (2) and (3) must bend smoothly (have no sharp edges) with the machined surfaces of the journal.

(4) Width of front and rear journals ... 76.20 + 0.18 - 0.08 mm (3.000 + .007 - .003 in.)

(5) Width of all other main journals ... 78.31 maximum (3.083 maximum)

Step for counterweight ... 1.0 mm maximum (.04 in.)

Surface finish on thrust faces of rear journal ... 0.40 micrometer or smoother (16 micro inches)
