- 从空气罐中释放空气压力，并从冷却系统中排空冷却液。
- 从空气压缩机上断开软管 (1) 、 (2) 和 (9) 。 从空气压缩机上拆下管子 (4) 。

- 拆卸螺栓 (5) 和垫圈。 从呼吸器管子上拆下卡箍 (7) 。 向一侧移动呼吸器管。
- 拆下将空气压缩机固定到正时齿轮壳上的三根螺栓 (3) 和垫圈。
- 拆下两根螺栓 (6) ，然后从发动机上拆下空气压缩机 (8) 和密封垫。

注: 检查密封垫和 O 型密封圈的状况。 如果密封垫或 O 型密封圈损坏，则用新零件更换。
- 使用三根螺栓 (3) 和垫圈安装空气压缩机 (8) 。 将 4C-4030 螺纹锁固胶 涂覆在两根螺栓 (6) 的螺纹上。 将螺栓 (6) 拧紧至扭矩 160 ± 30 N·m (118 ± 22 lb ft)。

- 用螺栓 (5) 和垫圈安装呼吸器管的卡箍 (7) 。
- 安装管子 (4) 并将软管 (9) 、 (2) 和 (1) 连接至空气压缩机 (8) 。
