Description Of Change:
Reference: Refer to Special Instructions , M0087527 , "Procedure to Install New Lower Fuel Filter Support Bracket for Certain C175 Engines".
A new fuel filter support bracket assembly is now used for certain C175-16 Off Highway Truck Engines. The new fuel filter support bracket assembly relocates the mounting location from the aluminum oil pan to the engine block.
Adaptable To: The new 533-3914 Support As replaces the previous bolts and spacers used to attach the fuel filter bracket to the oil pan.
Note: The 508-6169 Support As must be installed prior to the 533-3914 Support As.
The required parts to install the new fuel filter support bracket are listed in Table 1.
