不要让脏物进入燃油系统。 彻底清洁要拆开的燃油系统部件的周围区域。 在所有拆开的燃油系统部件上安放适当的盖。 |
- 停止发动机。
- 对燃油滤清器进行保养时，应关掉起动开关或断开蓄电池(起动马达)。
- 关断通往发动机的燃油供油阀。
- 放开燃油注油泵 (2) 以便释放燃油系统中的残留压力。

- 拆下旧的燃油滤清器 (3) 。 使用布或容器来接住流溢出来的燃油。
- 清洁燃油滤清器底座的垫圈密封表面。 确保旧密封垫被清除干净。
- 在新的燃油滤清器垫圈上涂抹一层清洁的柴油。

- 安装新燃油滤清器 (3) 。 旋拧机油滤清器直到机油滤清器垫圈接触底座。 按照机油滤清器上的说明用手拧紧机油滤清器。 不要过分拧紧滤清器。

- 操作燃油注油泵 (2) 直到在燃油注油泵上感觉到了很强的压力和听到单向阀发出的卡嗒声为止。 这个步骤要充压多次才能完成。 锁止起动注油泵。
注: 在燃油滤清器的定期保养期间，不要拆下燃油滤清器底座上的螺塞 (1) 来释放燃油系统中的空气。 经常拆卸螺塞将导致燃油滤清器底座中的螺纹加速磨损。
- 打开燃油箱供油阀。
- 按照正常的操作步骤起动发动机。 立即在无负荷的情况下将发动机转速提高到1000至1200 rpm之间。 发动机开始时将会暂时缺火，直到燃油滤清器中的空气被驱除掉为止。 这不会对发动机造成任何损坏。
- 如果在驱除空气期间，发动机停转，请参阅操作和保养手册, "燃油系统 - 泵注"(保养部分)，以便获得更多资料。
