Note: A new 324-9290 Bellows As and two new 9N-5085 Clamp will be installed on the exhaust inlet side of the NRS cooler. A new 9N-5085 Clamp will be install on the exhaust outlet side of the NRS cooler. When refilling the engine coolant, be sure to get all the air out of the system to protect the NRS cooler. The preferred coolant refill method is to vacuum fill. If the vacuum fill method is not an option, run engine at idle without pressure cap installed not allowing the system to pressurize.
Note: Make sure that the pressure cap in reinstalled after air has purged out. Do not run engine this way for an extended amount of time.
