The assembly procedure for the blade lift cylinder has been improved on the machines listed above. The standard work process at the factory has been updated and a new installation tool put in place to allow for standardization of the process. The new tool aids in ensuring the bolts are properly aligned and that proper torque is achieved. Additionally, an update has been made to Special Instructions, REHS3695, "AccuGrade® Dealer ARO Installation For M-Series and M-Series 2 Motor Graders". The update helps ensure that the correct bolts are used and that a washer is placed on each side of the AccuGrade® bracket to allow for proper thread engagement and correct torque.
