- Attach rear axle assembly (9) to Tooling (B) with suitable chains. The weight of rear axle assembly (9) is approximately

- Tighten bolts (14).

Illustration 10 g02920158 - Secure rear tire and rim (2) to a suitable power truck. The weight of rear tire and rim (2) is approximately
175 kg (385 lb) . Use the suitable power truck in order to position rear tire and rim (2) onto the machine.Note: Ensure that the studs and lug nuts (1) are clean and dry.
- Apply one drop of Tooling (C) to the threads of lug nuts (1). Install lug nuts (1).
- Repeat Steps 10 through 11 for the opposite side of the machine.

Illustration 11 g03094858 - Raise the rear of the machine. Remove Tooling (A). Lower the machine to the ground.

Illustration 12 g01260063 - Tighten lug nuts (1) to a torque of
190 ± 10 N·m (140 ± 7 lb ft) . Turn lug nuts (1) an additional 60 degrees ± 5 degrees. Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine. - Purge the air from the brakes. Refer to Testing and Adjusting Manual, "Brake System Air - Purge".
