Installation Procedure

Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

1. Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hydraulic tank (22). The weight of hydraulic tank (22) is approximately 140 kg (308 lb).

2. Install hydraulic tank (22).

3. Install four bolts (23).

4. Install filler (20), the washers, and four nuts (21).

5. Connect tube assembly (18). Install four bolts (19).

6. Connect hose assembly (14). Install four bolts (17).

7. Connect hose assembly (16). Install four bolts (15).

8. Install sensors (13) and (12).

9. Connect hose assembly (8).

10. Install the coupler and elbow (11).

11. Connect electrical connectors (10) and (9).

15. Install the O-ring seal in manifold (3). Position manifold (3) and install four bolts (4).

16. Install upper mounting (1). Install six bolts (2).

17. Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities (Refill)" for the capacity of the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the proper filling procedure.

End By:

1. Remove the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Remove and Install".
