- Disconnect harness assembly (1) .

- Disconnect harness assembly (2). Remove handrail (3). Remove bolts (4). Use two people to remove panel (5). The weight of panel (5) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Repeat this step for the opposite side.

- Remove bolts (6). Use two people to remove panel (7). The weight of panel (7) is approximately 14 kg (30 lb).

- Disconnect hose (8) .

- Disconnect hose (9) .

- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto bracket assembly (10). The weight of bracket assembly (10) is approximately 25 kg (55 lb).

- Remove bolts (11) .

- Remove bolts (12) from both sides. Remove bolts (13). Remove bracket assembly (10) .

- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto aftercooler (14). The weight of aftercooler (14) is approximately 23 kg (51 lb).

Installation Procedure
- Install aftercooler (14) in the reverse order of removal.
