Dump Valve
Usage:
Remove And Install Dump Valve
start by:
a) remove clutch cylinder assembly
1. Remove four bolts (1) and two locks (3) from the clutch cylinder assembly (6).
2. Remove the body assembly (2) and inspect the gasket (4). Make a replacement of the gasket (4) if it is broken or damaged.
3. Remove the plunger (5) from the body assembly (2).
NOTE: The clutches have two dump valves.
4. Install plunger (5) in the body assembly (2).
5. Install a new gasket, if a replacement was made, between the body assembly (2) and clutch cylinder assembly (6).
6. Put the body assembly (2) in position. Install four bolts (1) and two locks (3) that hold the body assembly to the clutch cylinder assembly (6).
