Additional Wear Plate can be Added to Exhaust Elbow Group on Certain Off-Highway Trucks {1061}

- 772 (S/N: RLB1-UP)
Description of Change: As required, use a maximum of three wear plates to improve the sealing between the body and the exhaust elbow group. The required spring length should be 55 ± 5 mm (2.2 ± 0.2 inch) when the body is lowered. The new bolts must be used when additional wear plates are used.
Adaptable To: The 249-8686 Wear Plate (1) is a part of 275-9329 Exhaust Elbow Gp in the 295-1790 Engine Exhaust Ar .
The new 9X-8278 Bolts (2) replaces the former 5C-6565 Bolts in the 275-9329 Exhaust Elbow Gp .
The new 9X-8278 Bolts are adaptable to the machines BZZ1-609 and RLB1-628.
The new 9X-8278 Bolts are effective in production with the machines BZZ610-UP and RLB629-UP.
