AP555E and BG555E Asphalt Pavers Machine Systems Caterpillar

1. Open the right side access door.

2. Drain the washdown tank into a suitable container. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.

3. Disconnect hose assemblies (1) and (4) from tank (2).

4. Remove bolts (3) and tank (2).

Installation Procedure

1. Install tank (2) and bolts (3).

2. Connect hose assemblies (4) and (1) to tank (2).

3. Fill the washdown tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.

4. Close the right side access door.
