Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the radiator and hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator and Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Remove and Install".

1. Remove the bolts and cover (1).

2. Remove the nut and bracket (4).

3. Disconnect harness assembly (3).

4. Remove the bolts and cover (2).

5. Remove the bolts and side panel (5).

6. Remove the bolts and bracket (6).

7. Disconnect harness assemblies (7).

8. Disconnect tube assemblies (8).

9. Remove the bolts and bracket (9).

10. Disconnect hose assemblies (10)

11. Disconnect harness assemblies (11).

13. Disconnect hose assemblies (13) and hose assemblies (15).

14. Remove the bolt and move hose assembly (17) out of the way.

15. Attach a suitable lifting device to hydraulic tank (18). Remove the bolts and support (16). Remove the bolts and support (14). Lower hydraulic tank (18) from the machine. The weight of hydraulic oil tank (18) is approximately 39 kg (85 lb).

Installation Procedure

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to hydraulic tank (18). Raise hydraulic tank (18) into place. Install support (14) and the bolts. Install support (16) and the bolts. The weight of hydraulic oil tank (18) is approximately 39 kg (85 lb).

2. Reposition hose (17) and install the bolt.

3. Connect hose assemblies (13) and hose assemblies (15).

6. Connect hose assemblies (10).

7. Install bracket (9) and the bolts.

8. Connect harness assemblies (7).

9. Connect tube assemblies (8).

10. Install bracket (6) and the bolts.

11. Install side panel (5) and the bolts.

12. Install cover (2) and the bolts.

13. Connect harness assembly (3).

14. Install bracket (4) and the nut.

15. Install cover (1) and the bolts.

End By:

1. Install the radiator and hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator and Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Remove and Install".
