Start By:
- Remove the fan.
- Remove the aftercoolers.
- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto guard assembly (1). The weight of guard assembly (1) is approximately
82 kg (180 lb) . - Remove bolts (2).

Use Tooling (C) in order to remove the upper radiator cores (11). Remove the felt liner from the radiator tubes. Repeat this step for the remaining radiator cores.
