开始:
- 连接转向机架锁。 请参阅拆解和组装, "转向机架锁 - 分离和连接"。
注: 为便于安装，在所有管路、软管、导线和管子上做出识别标记。 插接好所有线路、软管和管路。 这将有助于防止液体泄漏和防止污染物进入系统。
- 提升铲刀组件 (1) 。 利用适当的挡块支撑铲刀组件 (1) 和转盘组件 (2) 的两侧。

- 拆下顶板 (3) 。 拆下垫片 (4) 和顶部耐磨板 (5) 。 在对面重新执行此步骤。

- 向右完全伸出侧移油缸 (6) 。 将铲刀移向前进位置。 将适当的垛架放到侧移油缸 (6) 的下方，如图所示。

- 将适当的起吊设备固定到侧移油缸 (6) 的杆端。 将工具 (A) 安装到销组件 (8) 上。 拆下螺栓 (7) 。 使用工具 (A) 以便拆下销组件 (8) 。
- 完全收回侧移油缸 (6) 后拆下适当的起吊设备。
- 将适当的起吊设备固定到铲刀组件 (1) 上。 铲刀组件 (1) 的重量约为 4,763 kg (10,500 lb)。 利用适当的起吊设备和升降机定位铲刀组件 (1) 。

- 将另一台适当的起吊设备固定到铲刀组件 (1) 上。 利用适当的起吊设备将铲刀组件 (1) 从机器上拆下。

- 安装底部耐磨板 (9) 。 安装底板 (10) 。 在对面重新执行此步骤。
注: 安装底部耐磨板 (9) 时，必须使长边面向机器尾部。

- 将适当的起吊设备固定到铲刀组件 (1) 上。 铲刀组件 (1) 的重量约为 4,763 kg (10,500 lb)。 利用适当的起吊设备将铲刀组件 (1) 安装到机器上。
