- 安装之前先核实前悬架油缸的所有部件清洁无异物。
- 检查所有部件是否磨损或损坏，必要时更换部件。
- 仅当前悬架处于水平位置时才需要进行步骤 4 和 5 。
注: 以下程序对于机器两侧完全相同。 必要时，对机器的另一侧重复此程序。

- 将合适的起吊设备（未显示）套到前悬架油缸上。 将前悬架油缸提升至垂直位置。 拆下销和两个开口销 (10) 。
- 放置工具 (A) 。 安装螺栓 (X) 。

- 使用工具 (A) 以放置前悬架油缸和车轴。 前悬架油缸和车桥的整体重量约为 816 kg (1800 lb)。

- 将键 (9) 安装到机架组件上。

- 安装螺栓 (8) 。 拧紧螺栓 (8) 至扭矩为 1050 ± 75 N·m (744 ± 55 lb ft)。
- 放置垫片 (6) 的必要数量并安装螺栓 (4) 。
