- 拆下轮胎和轮缘（前）。 请参阅拆解和组装, "轮胎和轮缘（前） - 拆卸和安装"。
- 放出悬架油缸中的氮气。 请参阅专门说明书, REHS4445, "维修非公路卡车的悬架油缸"。

- 从液压夹钳行车制动器上断开软管组件 (1) 。

- 从车轴上拆下螺栓 (3) 并降低转向臂 (2) 。
- 断开线束组件 (7) 。 断开润滑脂软管组件 (5) 。 卸下螺栓 (4) 。 卸下垫片 (6) 。

- 使用合适的升降机将工具 (A) 连接到车轴上。 使用工具 (A) 和合适的升降机支撑前悬架油缸和车轴的重量。

- 拆下螺栓 (8) 。

- 将车价组件作为整体从前悬架油缸和车轴上拆下。 前悬架油缸和车桥的整体重量约为 816 kg (1800 lb)。
- 拆下键 (9) 。
- 将工具 (A) 放置在平整地面上。 拉出位于工具 (A) 上的两个开口销 (10) 和销。
注: 仅当前悬架油缸需要水平放置时才需要进行下列步骤。

- 将合适的起吊设备套到前悬架油缸上。 拆下位于工具 (A) 底座两侧的螺栓 (X) 。 从工具 (A) 的底座上拆下前悬架油缸和车轴。
- 将工具 (A) 、前悬架油缸和车轴放置在工具 (A) 的底座上。 安装销和开口销 (10) ，然后将前悬架油缸水平放置。
