(5) Bolt. Tighten to ... 8.5 ± 1.5 N·m (75 ± 13 lb in)

The pinion clearance is correct when the solenoid position (dimension X) is 62.50 + 0.20 - 0.50 mm (2.460 + .008 - .020 in) from intermediate housing (1).
